At Handyman Service, we utilize a standardized Up Front Pricing system, which allows our Tracy handyman to submit an actual proposal, representing the complete price for the job, on the spot. Upfront Pricing, just like when you go out to a restaurant to eat. From computer repairs, to real estate transactions, people want to know what it is going to cost, before the work begins! This helps take the surprise out of the cost of doing work the old way: Time and Materials. Our customers know the total cost of the job, prior to us starting the work. Once the customer accepts the proposal, work will be performed or scheduled immediately. Payment is due upon completion of the job.
Many handyman companies still charge by the hour which at first may seem less expensive.
